Shipping Information

Shipping – Since most of our pieces are made to order, they allow us to offer a wide range of customisation optionswhile also being more sustainable for the environment. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 4–7 working days, while made-to-order pieces may take up to 18 working days to process.

Delivery – Depending on your location and the nature of the order, delivery timelines typically range from 10–25 days.

Important – To ensure maximum protection during transit, all furniture is packed in strong wooden crates/boxes. Customers are kindly requested to arrange for a local carpenter to safely open the crate upon delivery.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you would be notified within 15 working days of placing your order.

Shipping & Handling charges

Please note that shipping and handling charges are included in the price quoted of any product above 699/-. Shipping and handling charges include the following:

1.    Rate per kilograms / Volumetric weight
2.    Fuel charges
3.    Service tax
4.    Cash on delivery (If applicable)

Shipment to Out of Delivery Area (ODA) location is charged extra, these charges may vary between Rs. 1200-2500 per shipment as per different courier company.

TAX

We are required to collect GST on every product. The price we quote includes the GST.
