Warranty Information

Zufolo Designs Pvt. Ltd. provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This warranty is applicable only to products purchased from zufolodesigns.com and delivered for use within India.

1. Warranty Coverage

Zufolo Designs warrants that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Stored, handled, assembled, and maintained correctly

  • Used under normal residential conditions

  • Not used for commercial or institutional purposes

Manufacturing defects are defined as imperfections in material or wooden frame that substantially impair the intended use of the product.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Damage caused by improper storage, handling, assembly, installation, maintenance, or usage

  2. Damage resulting from modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or intentional damage after delivery

  3. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

    • Natural fading, ageing, staining, or variation in wood grain or fabric

    • Loosening of fabric or leather over time

    • Softening or change in cushion firmness with regular use
      These are natural characteristics of handcrafted and natural-material products and are not considered manufacturing defects

  4. Labour, installation, dismantling, or assembly costs

  5. Variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish in products made from natural materials such as wood, fabric, or leather

    • Fabric, leather, and upholstery materials are not covered under warranty

    • Buttons on tufted products (fabric or leather) are excluded from warranty coverage

  6. Damage arising from commercial or non-residential use, including use in offices, hotels, restaurants, showrooms, or rental properties

3. Lighting Products (If Applicable)

  • Warranty for lighting products applies only to non-electrical manufacturing defects

  • Filament bulbs are not covered under warranty unless received in a broken or non-working condition

  • Any such issue must be reported within 1 (one) days of delivery with valid proof

4. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  • The defect must be reported within the warranty period

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is mandatory

  • Email us at contact@zufolodesigns.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photographs or videos of the defect

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team.

5. Remedy Under Warranty

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • Zufolo Designs may repair or replace the affected part or product at its discretion

  • Any replacement or repair does not extend the original warranty period

  • Replacement products will be of equal value to the original purchase

No cash refunds or monetary compensation are provided under this warranty.

6. Limitations & Liability

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • Warranty becomes void if the product is:

    • Repaired, altered, or reupholstered by any third party

    • Misused or used in a non-residential setting

  • Zufolo Designs’ liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product

  • We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law

7. Legal Compliance

This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers under Indian law.
