At Zufolo Designs Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in the craftsmanship, materials, and attention to detail that go into every handcrafted product. As most of our products are made to order and customised, we follow a strict refund policy, as outlined below.


1. No Refund Policy

Zufolo Designs does not offer cash refunds, store credits, or any other form of monetary reimbursement for orders placed on our Website, except where required under applicable Indian law.


2. Replacement in Case of Transit Damage

Refunds are not provided for damaged products.
However, a replacement may be offered only if the product is received in a damaged condition during transit and meets the following conditions:

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video must be shared as proof

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The claim must be verified and approved by our quality control team

Once approved, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. No monetary refund will be issued.


3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most Zufolo Designs products are custom-made or made to order.

  • Production begins immediately after order confirmation

  • Such products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded at any stage

  • We do not offer a “change of mind” or “change of heart” refund policy


4. Monogrammed / Personalised Items

Products that are monogrammed, personalised, or customised in any form are treated as custom orders and are:

  • Non-cancellable

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable


5. Sale, Discounted & Clearance Items

Products purchased under sales, discounts, promotions, or final clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


6. Refunds Required by Law

In the rare event that a refund is required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws or if an order is cancelled by Zufolo Designs due to unforeseen circumstances, any eligible refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe as prescribed by law.
