All Zufolo products are guaranteed for its quality. We exchange our products only when their is a damage or breakage during delivery or if the product falls under guarantee agreement, If the product is opened and not liked by the customer , we will not exchange it or process a refund for the same. please let us know so we can take care of the damaged product within 7 working Days.
1. Exchange - We do not exchange our products. WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.
Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms
Important - In order to prevent damage, all furniture is delivered in wooden boxes / crate and the customer has to open the crate with the help of a local carpenter.
2. Damage - A damaged product can be returned within 5 days of its delivery.
3. Custom Made Orders - Any Product which is custom made or is made to order - Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.
4. COD Orders - If a customer refuses a COD order at the time of delivery, the next order has to be prepaid or else will not be shipped from our end.
5. Any Discounted item is not subjected to exchange or refund.
