Cancellation Policy

At Zufolo Designs Pvt. Ltd., most of our products are made to order and handcrafted, with production beginning immediately after an order is confirmed. As a result, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy, subject to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, production begins immediately

  • Therefore, order cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances

  • We do not offer cancellation for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect selection by the customer

    • Delays due to production, shipping, or logistics

    • Incompatibility with space, entryways, or interiors

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Zufolo Designs are either customised or made to order.

  • Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once the order is placed

  • This includes changes to size, finish, material, colour, or configuration after order confirmation

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be treated as a breach of purchase intent

  • For such customers:

    • Future orders must be prepaid

    • Zufolo Designs reserves the right to refuse COD service

4. Cancellation by Zufolo Designs

In rare circumstances, Zufolo Designs reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Unavailability of raw materials

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)

  • Pricing or technical errors on the Website

In such cases, the customer will be informed, and any amount paid will be refunded as per applicable Indian law.

5. Refunds Related to Cancellation

  • Zufolo Designs does not offer refunds for cancellations initiated by customers

  • Refunds, if any, will only be processed in cases where:

    • The order is cancelled by Zufolo Designs

    • A refund is required under applicable Indian consumer laws

6. Legal Compliance

This Cancellation Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian e-commerce rules. Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s statutory rights under Indian law.
