Product Guarantee & Exchange Policy
All Zufolo products are backed by our commitment to quality. We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- 
If the product is damaged or broken during delivery (with valid proof), or 
- 
If the product qualifies under our guarantee agreement. 
Please note:
Once a product has been opened, we do not offer exchanges or refunds based on personal preferences or if the product is simply not liked by the customer.
Important Policy Notice:
Zufolo Designs Pvt. Ltd. does not offer cash refunds or any other form of monetary reimbursement under any circumstances.
Replacements will only be provided if the product is received in a damaged condition, subject to the following conditions:
- 
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be submitted as proof, and 
-
