Returns, Exchanges & Replacement Policy
Zufolo Designs Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. As most of our products are made to order and/or customised, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects as outlined below.
1. No Returns / No Change-of-Mind Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the product is simply not liked.

Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Therefore, order cancellation is not possible.
2. Replacement in Case of Damage or Manufacturing Defect
A replacement may be provided only if the product is received in a damaged condition or has a verified manufacturing defect.
Conditions for Replacement:

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original condition

Verification by our quality control team is required before approval
Once approved, a replacement will be arranged. No monetary refunds will be issued.
3. Important Packaging & Unboxing Guidelines

All furniture is delivered in strong wooden crates/boxes for transit safety
-
Customers must arrange a local carpenter to safely open the crate for furniture.

Zufolo Designs is not responsible for damage caused due to improper or self-unpacking
Furniture refused or damaged due to incorrect unpacking will not qualify for replacement.
4. Entryway & Access Responsibility
Furniture that cannot be delivered or is refused because it does not fit through doorways, staircases, elevators, or rooms will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are strongly advised to:

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-made or made-to-order products:

Begin production immediately upon order confirmation

Cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded at any stage
We do not offer a “change of heart” return or exchange policy.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, future orders from the same customer must be prepaid

Zufolo Designs reserves the right to decline COD service at its discretion
7. Discounted & Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances
8. Refund Policy
Zufolo Designs Pvt. Ltd. does not offer cash refunds, store credits, or any other form of monetary reimbursement under any circumstances, except where mandated by applicable Indian law.
